How to set up IPTV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV
Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) televisions both run IPTV apps natively — you do not need a box, a stick or any extra hardware. The whole process takes about five minutes.

Step by step
- Open the app store on your TV — Samsung Apps on a Samsung, or the LG Content Store on an LG.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro (or Smart STB if Smarters is not available in your region) and install it.
- Open the app. It will show a MAC address on screen — send us that MAC address on WhatsApp.
- We register the MAC on our panel and reply with your portal URL, username and password.
- Choose Login with Xtream Codes API, enter the details we sent, and give the playlist a name.
- Wait 30–60 seconds for the channel list and TV guide to load, then start watching.
Tips from our support team
- Use a wired Ethernet cable to your TV if you can — it is far more stable than Wi-Fi for live sport.
- If the app is missing from your store, your TV may be older than 2016; use a Firestick or Android box instead.
- Set the aspect ratio to Original in the player settings so 4K channels are not stretched.
If something goes wrong
Nine times out of ten a problem at this stage is one of three things: a typo in the portal URL, the wrong login type selected in the app, or the box not having finished downloading the channel list. Close the app completely, reopen it and give it a minute before trying anything else.
