What to actually test
Most people load the trial, see that channels appear and stop there. That tells you almost nothing. In the 24 hours you have, do these five things instead:
- Watch a live event at peak time — that is when servers are under load.
- Open the specific channels you care about most, not just the first one in the list.
- Check the TV guide fills in properly for those channels.
- Try a 4K stream if 4K matters to you, and watch for five minutes rather than ten seconds.
- Ask support a question and see how long the reply takes.
The honest limitations
A trial line runs on the same servers as a paid line, but trials are limited to a single device and 24 hours. If a specific channel is missing during the trial, tell us — sometimes it is a source we can add, and sometimes the honest answer is that we do not carry it.
