How to set up IPTV on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
On Apple devices everything is installed straight from the App Store — no sideloading, no developer settings, nothing unusual.

Step by step
- Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
- Search for Smarters Player Lite or GSE Smart IPTV and install it.
- Open the app and choose Xtream Codes API as the login type.
- Enter the portal URL, username and password we sent you, and name the playlist.
- Wait for the channels and the TV guide to load.
- On Apple TV, use the Siri Remote to open Settings → Player and enable hardware decoding.
Tips from our support team
- AirPlay from an iPhone to a TV works, but a direct Apple TV install is far more stable.
- Turn off Low Power Mode while streaming — it throttles the decoder and causes stutter.
- If a channel will not open on iOS but works elsewhere, switch the player's stream format to HLS.
If something goes wrong
Nine times out of ten a problem at this stage is one of three things: a typo in the portal URL, the wrong login type selected in the app, or the box not having finished downloading the channel list. Close the app completely, reopen it and give it a minute before trying anything else.
